How to start a rental order
Minimum rental order
Our rental order minimum starts at $500.00 not including delivery fees. For events outside of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, please call us at (855) DFW-PROP for item and delivery availability.
Payment & holds
We accept all major credit cards or debit cards.
We charge only 50% upfront to reserve your order if your event date is more than 30 days out. If your event is less than 30 days from the date of your order, 100% will be collected at checkout.
We allow customer pick-up on select items so long as you have an enclosed truck or trailer to properly transport the rental items, and the needed man power to safely move the items. We will schedule a pick-up time from our warehouse at a mutually agreed upon time in the days leading up to your event and assist with loading your truck. Please come equipped with proper straps and blankets to secure your rentals as well.
We do not allow customer pick-up on any of our acrylic items or architectural pieces as these items can be easily damaged if not handled with care.
The furniture delivery fee is in addition to the rental price. We calculate the delivery fees based on round trip mileage, the size of the delivery crew and the truck that’s needed.
We provide furniture delivery throughout Dallas/Fort Worth, and also accommodate delivery of large orders to Austin, Houston, San Antonio and other surrounding cities. Please contact us about your event and location and we’ll work with you as best as we can.
All rentals are expected to be given back to our team in their original condition. If damages occur we’ll charge the credit card on file for a repair fee, or if the item cannot be repaired it will be charged the full replacement price.
